If a reserve price has been agreed upon and the auction methods have been defined, you shall grant San Giorgio srl Auction House e a warrant to sell. The seller shall pay a 15% fee plus VAT on the cost price of any sold item.

Carriage costs, insurance and any cost incurred by the Auction House to check the items for authenticity with the archives shall be borne by the seller, whatever the result of the sales.

The insurance coverage that will be given to the seller will consist in a premium rate of 1% of the reserve price if the item is not sold, or 1% of the insured value as stated by the seller.

The proceeds from the auction will be paid within 60 workdays, net of any right and cost, on condition the buyer has met the obligations undertaken at the time of winning the auction, and provided no claims or disputes have been raised regarding the items and, if the items are sold abroad, provided the payment has been received and the required export permits have been obtained.

 San Giorgio srl Auction House will return any unsold item within 30 days of the date of the auction.

The seller shall take back the items at the seller’s expense, unless the seller agrees with San Giorgio srl Auction House to reduce the reserve prices and give time to make further attempts to sell such items, even through private negotiations.
